TIEM PASS AND I stay here 4 night , take care myself amd my lovely wife and friends, we only need the say that the softwear of ths hotel its amazing, all the staff from stsrt in the morning to finish at the best italian restsurant in the asia, deliciuos spaghetti with octopus i can eat this one forever, flavour and love right here. Excellence it's in this italian restaurant at 102 floor.

The Club Lounge make ones stay feel like a home experience. Business challenges of logistics are sorted out by the team led by Antony in minutes with no fuss. Having stayed at some of the world's best hotels I had some concerns choosing the Ritz Carlton for the first time although right from the initial booking with the hotel, the warm welcome throughout our stay, unwavering attention to impeccable service and attention to detail within the room, club and dining areas was a sheer pleasure that has not been reached in any other hotel.

The room was exceptional and the views unbelievable.

The club manager Anthony Smekens took the exceptional service and quality to an entirely new level. Whenever Anthony was around, all you needed to do was relax whilst Anthony was the perfect host providing a much needed lift after a hard day in Hong Kong, remembering and bringing your favorite drinks or seamlessly anticipating afternoon tea and arranging before you even needed to ask.

All staff from the amazing young local chef Chen Yin Wah who took my order for English muffins and poached eggs and delighted me when he delivered a perfect Eggs Benedict complete with Hollandaise sauce, Judy in the club who provided amazing local tips complete with Cantonese translation and our club drivers who whisked us around Kowloon in luxury and elegance.

Thank you Ritz Carlton - your staff made our stay the most exceptional and truly amazing experience. I can't wait to return to Hong Kong to re-experience the truly unsurpassed luxury and service.
