“Great brunch in a fantastic setting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2012 via mobile

We did the champagne brunch (free flow Veuve) outside on the terrace. Food selection was good and everything was fresh and tasty. The spread is smaller than some other brunches but the quality is good. Minor quibble is I think the food wasn't quite as good as our last visit, but it's really nothing to complain about.

Service was exceptional. We were a large group and the staff did an amazing job. That combined with the setting outside makes this one of my favorites. Would definitely go back, this was not our first visit and won't be our last!

“A haven of serenity and tasty cuisine”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2012

The four of us celebrated a birthday dinner here, at this tucked-away regional Chinese restaurant at the Hullett House in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Entering through a lovely peaceful courtyard, we were led into a dining room appointed with Colonial-era decor. The dumpling appetizers were perfectly cooked and the roast duck (which two of us ordered) was decadent. Topped off with mango pudding and a surprise of "birthday dumplings", this was a great overall experience. A bit on the pricey-side, but worth it, especially if you are looking for a bit of a break from the hustle-bustle of Hong Kong!

“Hullett House- St George restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2012 via mobile

Firstly, Hullett House contains various restaurants. The building is beautiful, such a contrast from the skyscrapers all around. I dined here along with 6 other colleagues, the room is lovely coupled with attentive staff. The food was inventive and delicious, I would say French European in style.
I souls suggest a fantastic venue for couples or groups alike but a romantic and special place, so it would have been great to revisit with just my husband.
I would recommend ths place without hesitation but not cheap by any means, that said we had champagne & delicious red wine with the meal!

“Disappointing Modern Chinese food”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2012

We were a group of 6 who ate at this restaurant within Hullett House as part of the Cruise and Dine package offered with the Aqua Luna Junk. The menu is set and perhaps that is the problem, but of the 6 people around the table there wasn't one dish that everyone thought was great and for the price that is rather disappointing. The drinks were very nice and adventurous with a lovely chinese flavour to all the cocktails and that was the highlight of an otherwise below par food experience. The staff couldn't be faulted, the ambience was lovely, the building gorgeous - but you do go to a restaurant to eat, so next time I would suggest go to another of the Hullett House offerings which seem to be well reviewed here or somewhere else in Kowloon.

“Best brunch ever”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2012

With 698 HK$ ++ not the cheapest but definitely one of the best brunch buffet in Hong kong. As the price includes free flow of Champagne, fresh osters, many other delicacies and a main course too, value for money is still good at this price.
