Do arrive around 45 minutes early to enjoy the relaxation room, hydrotherapy (if you’re unsure what the benefits are, ask the staff as there are a lot of benefits), steam room, etc. In such a busy place as Hong Kong one deserves this extra time-out.
The Mandarin Spa provided added touches that one doesn’t see elsewhere. Best of all it’s quite in terms of noise and the number of patrons in the spa at one time, unlike many other spas in Hong Kong that are designed for relaxation (with traffic and people noise!).
Fresh fruit and drinks are provided, in a chill-out room where one can relax or read.
