We ate here for breakfast during our stay at the Upper House. We had the Upper West breakfast for two which was a mix of melons, pastries and your choice of bacon and eggs on toast, smoked salmon bagel or eggs benedict. The pastries were great. Coffee was so good my husband ordered 3 - he is very fussy and has a hard time finding good coffee outside of Melbourne, Aus. The waitress remembered our food preferences from the day before like "brown" bread (multigrain) instead of white bread, and no fries with the bacon and eggs. Any time our toast or pastry stand looked empty the staff replenished it promptly. $32aus for breakfast, ours was included in our room charges but pretty standard for a place like this. I liked that it was table service and not battling with a buffet - but this is a level 49 restaurant in Hong Kong so the quality goes hand in hand.
