We did not keep ourselves updated about the status of the restaurant and spent a good half hour wandering around the old location trying to figure out if we had taken a wrong turn... only ourselves to blame.
We did eventually go to the new outlet at Olympic city the next day. We were so amused that the old waiter was now decked out in a suit and tie. Even the menu were the same... I did not realise if there was a price increase. The food was ok... the pork buns were great and the lui sa bao yummy as before, but somehow the spanking new and big restaurant seemed to take away the experience of eating in a dingy, hot and cramped Michelin star restaurant.
Seeing that THW is opening in Singapore soon, I would probably not go back the next time I visit HK.
