“economic and safe hong kong”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 3, 2014

small rooms, really small, can not be considered a true hotel because access is by general elevators of the building, the key must be collected in an apartment that serves as reception and while particular home.
But it is clean, safe, is very well situated in the middle of Nathan Road, just steps from the night markets which can be visited on the way back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing. Very easy access by bus from the airport and is just down the promenade walk (20 minute easy walk) to go take the ferry to Hong Kong. For this price can never be a bad deal.
before booking (2 months prior) by Agoda saw all options in Nathan Road (and believe me there are many) and am very happy with the choice. recommend.

I was staying here for 6 nights with a group of friends during cold period (13 degree to 21 degree). Heater is not functioning properly, need at least 10 minutes for the heater to work before my friend can go for shower.

The location was perfect because is next to temple street and is convenience for dining options within the vicinity. A walking distance to Jordan MTR station. You can take bus A21 from the airport to the hotel. Approx. 20mins bus ride.

Room also clean with attached bathroom but the toilet is a bit tiny, overall is still ok. The room has free WIFI, electric kettle and tv. The hotel also changed bed linens and bath towel everyday. Shampoo and soap are provided as well.

Suitable for travellers with tight budget.

I was staying here for three nights, the boss Martin is a nice chinese local guy but the wife a bit calculative, any how they were ok to me. I know how to give and take.

The location was fantastic, price consider moderate as a budget hotel, quite safe staying there and convenience with all kind of food surrounding including a 7 eleven just around the corner.

Room also clean with free wifi and electric kettle, good working water heater in the clean attached bath room. Aircon also in good condition.

I consider it as a can go and stay there again hotel.

The rooms are clean and relatively big for Hong Kong. The wifi signal is very good and the service is nice. The bathroom is tiny, but that seems to be the case for all hotels in Hong Kong. The hotel is a bit far from the metro, but not too much. I would recommend it to friends.

Anyone that moans about Nathan rd is an idiot, I heard that it is dangerous and that you get hassled every step of your way. This is not true! Perfect location, near hundreds of eateries, mcdonalds and 7 eleven, MTR stations close. Staff very friendly, clean rooms, every day. If you want to spend your money on seeing Hong Kong then stay here, it's not worth spending money on an expensive hotel. We stayed in a 2 bed room for 10 nights and it cost us less then £120 each. Bargain.

Location wise, it's perfect. Just a few blocks from the train station and bus station. There's also a night market next to the street and a few restaurants offering local cuisines. 711 and Mcdonald's are just next to the establishment as well.

Care taker of the hostel is very approachable as well and can understand and speak basic English.

Room is very small but clean and there's sanitizer and tissue everywhere for proper hygiene. We are a group of 5 and the room is around 25sqm only with just the beds in it but it's not bad considering that we paid 150hkd per person per night only, it's very cheap considering the other options in the area. They also make up the room everyday and they replace the used towels to new ones.

All in all, it's not bad for a hostel considering what you've paid for.
