A friend and I went for a bite to eat after the movies, and amongst the various options in ICC ended up here.
The outside space is quite nice and relaxing, and it was a perfect night for it. We ordered beer and a glass of cava. The cava was flat and old, so we got them to replace it - staff were very helpful in spite of it being almost closing time.
We ordered the food. Some fried cheese, anchovies, gazpacho and a tortilla. The cheese looked like something from MacDo's, The gazpacho had so much garlic we had to speak to communicate via text thereafter. The anchovies were sad looking things and the tortilla dry and burnt, looked like it had been reheated in a microwave. And not a slice of bread....
It's not cheap either. Each tapas is about hk$70+ which may seem like not much, however portions are small and quality dubious.
For the $400 we spent for nibbles, def not worth it. Best to head into Central to Tapeo.
