Congee is a "porridge" made by cooking rice slowly for several hours. Kind of like a watery oatmeal made from rice rather than oats. Difference is that many different things are added to the Congee, and Ocean House has over twenty different combos (I have had five, and they were all good-seafood, pork, meat, combo, and for the brave thousand year old egg). Also, they have excellent rice noodle wraps (pictured) with many different items that can be placed inside of the soft, slippery rice "wonton" for lack of a better description. They even have coffee with milk! I have found a good bowl of congee and some sunlight is THE BEST cure for jet lag. Try it al least once, I add soy sauce and spices to mine, as well as the pickled items they serve you in a little three-section ramikin. They have several locations in China, one in Macau-I went to the one in Causeway Bay several times (they know me as the guy who eat and then had four currencies, none of which were HK$'s, so they let me leave and change money. Lots of laughing and discussion when I finally cameback to pay my check-thanks ladies! That was seriously really nice of you all and appreciated.).
