Overall, service is good at the hotel. Food delivery is quick. Food is well prepared. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is okay quality although coffee is expected to be improved. I would say hilton chongqing offers an avg Hilton hotel quality of service.

The position, service, environment, everything are very good, really worth to recommend to other friends. Very close to the subway station, Liang Lu Kou, You can take the subway around the city, very amazing sights.

I stayed here for 6 nights and can highly recommend it, although it does not have a lot to do or see around the hotel, but taxis are cheap. All meals were excellent although after first day I decided to have breakfast in my room as Continental breakfast was cheaper than buffet and this is all I ever I have. My room was on 30th floor and a high standard and very quiet - perfect.
Reception staff were very accommodating and spoke good English which was a major relief however I did have trouble when dealing with Operator on the 'Magic' line. At her small irritant was having to ring room service to request the breakfast menu which was not replaced daily.
But overall I would definitely recommend it.

Room Tip: Higher floor soul be be my recommendation

My cell phone was broken by their cleaning staff. Hotel admitted it is 100% their fault, but they won't compensate for all my loss. They only gave me a compensation price which they estimated selfishly, even it's totally under my expenditure for this trouble. More than 500 pics in my iPhone, I need to find a way to fix and spend extra money by myself. So, what is my advice is don't bring valuables when you stay at this unbelievable 5 star hotel, it will never back to you and they won't give you full compensation.

Thank you for taking the time to write and share your experience.

The team have fully followed up with this unfortunate incidence on a direct basis with you - wherby the Iphone 4S had been misplaced somewhere within the sheets of the bed, which was then subsequently laundered. Unfortunately the Iphone was not obviously visible on the bed, and was not reported as lost until some 24hours later. The team fully supported the opportunities to get it replaced, together with you at the Iphone store, and to retrieve the data locally. This Iphone 4S model is no longer available in the market as it is approximately 3 years old, but all efforts were made, which included the room maid attending the store in person and offering her sincere apologies. We are sorry to learn that the 500 photos had not been backed up to the iCloud or computer, and that they were seemingly lost in this unfortunate scenario.

As a final recourse we agreed a gesture of goodwill ,which was fully accepted and signed in agreement with our Front Office Manager. The value of expectation for a 5S model in replacement, unfortunately is not equitable in this situation. Personal items of value are the responsibility of the individual guests as in all hotels worldwide.

Thank you once again for sharing and we still hope to be at your service again in the near future.

Stayed there... loved it... great service! I was there on work but everyone really made me feel special. Made me deal with the homesickness! I was lucky enough to be in the executive area... the lounge is lovely. Lots of friendly tips! Thanks everyone

This is a slightly older Hilton hotel but what it lacks in comparison with the shiniest and most opulent properties, like Beijing Wangfujing, is easily made up by the very attentive and supportive staff (special thanks to Mr. Bolos at the front desk). I found no issue getting multiple requests fulfilled, no matter what time of day or night. The pool and spa facilities are in good shape the the hotel itself is centrally located. The only disappointment was the Executive Floor business center, which claims to be open until 11pm but on all evenings closes down food service at 8pm. I have seen multiple guests inquiring about food options and searching the often empty refreshment fridge. This sounds like an easily rectifiable issue and I have full confidence that management will find a solution for this situation without hesitation.

I'm a Gold HHonors member and have reviewed a number of Hilton properties across Asia.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback. In regards to the hardware, we are delighted to inform you that there are on-going renovation projects to uplift our hotel bit by bit. It would be great to have you back, to see our changes. With respect to the Executive lounge we do in fact maintain the same Hilton standards - cocktail bites and alcohol are served only during the evening cocktail session, while we would still be serving coffee, tea and soft drinks until our closing time. In order to avoid any confusion we do now issue a note to all Executive floor guests noting the details of the benefits offered. Last but not least, we thank you greatly for your kind comments which we have shared with our team members. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Spacious hotel throughout.Huge lobby that needs more seating to access the free internet.Certainly had the wow factor with the open plan stairs between floors.the huge bar area with seating alongside full glass windows.The whole thing looked expensive and the wine matched the surroundings.Unfortunately I had to settle for a Chinese wine as I would not pay the price for the bottle I really wanted.
Our set menu meal in a private room was very nice in pleasant surroundings.
The bedroom and bathroom were stunning.I felt guilty having a shower with the water spraying all over the bath and glass in the walk in shower.It was very clean with everything shining, the cleaner was excellent.
