Stayed 3 nights as part of the Uniworld China tour. We had a great stay in this nice hotel. The room was very modern and spacious, Service was excellent by all the staff (from the front desk to the bell boys).
The included breakfast buffet was very good (comparable to other hotels in major Asian cities) with a wide variety of western and Chinese offerings to chose from, although it hardly changed from day to day.
The location was good with various shops, food and Walmart next door. I was told that the subway stop is also close by. Even though it is next to a major road, the rooms were very quiet.
The main reason for a very good (instead of excellent) rating is "old towels". The bath towels in our room, although very clean, had frayed edges. Just did not expect this from a 5 star hotel in China's premier city.
