First thing to say is forget finding the place by yourself. We did not, and found out a number of our Chinese friends did not either when they went. Easiest is to go to Dafosi Djongje and call them. They are used to fetching customers!
So onto the food. We spent 4 evening in Beijing and went there for the first and the last night. The fresh rolls are lovely and fresh which is a very nice change from most of Chinese cuisine. We tried the shrimp and Pork, the salmon and the bass one and beef one. All very nice. Main course: the Vong fish is really something one should try. Comes on a sizzling plate with a number of instructions and extra ingredients. Very tasty and with multiples textures. The Sea bass and ginger was my second favourite. Meat-wise we tried the lemongrass chilli chicken and the peppery pork. Both very nice but a little less original compared to other Chinese restaurants.
Price: look to 400 to 500RMB. WIne glass and beer around 40 per glass.
Absolutely would recommend having a meal there.
