Ordered a child's and bens burger, waited 30 minutes in half empty restaurant and when arrived after the first bite both burgers were raw and uncooked inside despite our earlier warning to the chef as this happened to us before. sent this back waited another 15 min, and was ok. At least we got a new meal?..
hands down...good food as well - get the Ethiopian blend when they have it, if they don't the Kenya AA is awesome. love this place...
Having been a frequent customer of the Java since the first cafe opened at Adams Arcade, I can't help but be really disappointed with it now. The service is really poor, in all the branches and it seems to be really trying to cut costs (at the expense of quality) wherever they can (see:the cafes no longer have the serviette dispensers on every table as before). That said, the coffee is still good, though you may have to wait for it for a while.

Starbuckesque bistro coffee house. The baked goods taste of western flour not the heavier and coarser African flour.
Situated in the ground floor of the famous Yaya Center Shopping Mall this restaurant is a most to go, tasty food excellent mango juice and milk shake and try not to miss to try one of the Kenyan coffee and tea they offered. Their staff are more than friendly.
