I ate at the Carnivore 25 years ago and remembered it fondly. It still has the ambiance of the African plains with skewers of meat roasting over a fire pit in the center of the restaurant. Waiters come by your table offering to slice off freshly roasted meat for you. You could eat forever, so they have a sign you can put on your table to say "I'm on a break" or "I'm finished." But they no longer serve any wild game meats (it's illegal now) and the meats that were available weren't exceptional. I think the meal is a little overpriced, but it's still fun to eat there.
