The restaurant is just a lobby of NHIF building with several chairs and though it was nothing special, we were pleasantly surprised to find a place to eat there. The furniture is very simple. The girls working are very nice, the hot towels for hands are terribly ripped and the prices are very moderate. Advance payment. The clear chicken soup was clear indeed - water with pepper and salt. However, beer, chips and ndengu were good, only this ndengu thing, which is some sort of lentils, was not properly cleaned so there were many impurities and even a small stone. The menu seems to be a daily thing, they print a new one for every day and they serve things such as githeri, ugali, chapati... In conlusion, it was a nice place to eat some local food, but it was nothing exquisite.
