Very crowded street with the hawkers running around.
Cheap/substandard good sold along these streets except for a few places.
In fact the word river road is often synonymous with substandard goods.
This street is not only dirty and filthy, it is totally unsafe for tourists to walk in this area. Theft and fraud is rife in this area and if you treasure your belongings you will surely stay away from this area of the CBD
It just started like a nice plywood where my ghetto niggard ray boy came along n called for a visit to the place. Getting all the goodness, i got it . I liked the trip and had fun wit him.Kismuderubosh
Not for the faint hearted. But if you are willing to do the leg work, there are bargains to be found. Everything from fabric, haberdashery & electronics to car parts & even motor bikes.
Not a place for tourists to venture alone as you will not get bargains but a local friend can negotiate the bargains for you.
