Sorry I can't give you 5 but a few small changes would get you full marks. There are beautiful large apartments with cosy open fire for cold days which I loved. The food is good and friendly service. The mosquitos apparently don't carry malaria at higher altitudes like Nairobi, however I still don't like being bitten by them or being woken up by them whining in my ear so I would suggest providing them, although I brought a pop up net with me which did the job very well. The garden is delightful and pond is tranquil and soothing. No play area for children or swimming pool but great for chilling out.
