“Nice and secure place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013

When on business trip across Africa, the most important things are security and internet access. At Capital-Inn these requirements where fullfiled when I was on a Business trip to Nairobi early in june.
I've been recommended this place from the airport tourism agency where I even got a taxi which took me to the hotel and back to the airport at 5 am on the day I had to leave.

A quiet place opposite to a police head office, its a place you can sleep without fearing about whats happening outside, And most of all its close to the city center.

The service is simple and makes you feel at home. The hotel is adding facilities, as the staff is really devoted to make it a better place, no doubt every stay at this place will be a better experience. I give them a 4 knowing they will make it 5 soon.

its a homely place to stay and the staff make it more warmly and comfortable.Rooms are spacious and clean. The serenity around and security was superb and what is more encouraging its that the hotel is precisely about 1 minute away from a police station and about four minutes away from a Hospital. Its an ideal place when you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city since the place is quite.
The front view room was excellent and spacious though the internet was slow.
The reception is very welcoming and especially Rehema wow! what a great smile;kept smiling all the time, ready to answer all the enquiries with a vast knowledge of Nairobi.
The breakfast was fantastic and what made it more pleasurable is room service was on time.

Its the best place you can ever be away from home.Nice welcome from the gate and the view outside the hotel is cute.Mmh!Warm welcome at the reception with very social and interacting ladies ready to serve you.The rooms are spacious and very neat. Then you don't have to worry about your safety because its located opposite police station..Its at the heart of the city so easy to access health facilities, shopping areas and clubs etc..its quiet and i liked their services.Had a great great time there and friends you have to try this, its wow.So next time i will still give it a thought.

Room Tip: Upstairs rooms behind are quiet, sunny and large.
