“Superb boutique hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2013

The Bedelle is the bast that could happen to me during a very demanding business trip to Nairobi. Nice, clean, neat, charming interior and absolutely amazing hospitality. They fulfill all customer wishes, rooms are spacious, beds extremely comfortable. Great value for the money as well. There was no problem that Chef come earlier and prepare early breakfast for us before the field trip. And all services with genuine smile and kindness.

Room Tip: Ask for the pool side, they have better view

The hotel and room were nice and the staff were friendly. The food was average, and we had problems with dining room service (the soup never arrived, the parts of the order that arrived were mixed up, leisurely service). What really spoiled our stay, though, was the lively chicken coop under our window. The roosters got started around 1:00 in the morning, and the noise peaked at about 0630.

Room Tip: Make sure they put you far away from the chicken coop.

We just spent a couple of nights in a wonderful, elegant, cozy, boutique hotel in a lush environment. From the staff to the food to the overall ambiance, this was first rate! Check out their website; it is most definitely what it seems. As long time residents of Africa, this is without a doubt our hotel of choice in Nairobi!

Room Tip: There's only seven of them! One of its real attractions.

I recently stayed at the Bedelle for a 10 day business trip. This is not the first time I have stayed in the gem of a hotel - I keep coming back because each trip is as memorable as the last.

The setting, decor and facilities are top notch, but what makes the establishment truly special is the staff working there. From the chefs, to the service staff, the managers and even the gate attendants - everyone not only does their part, but all of the staff were willing to walk the extra mile (or two) for myself and my colleagues.

I will be back again soon.

It's a true luxury butique. We stayed there for two nights and it was fantastic. Service, rooms, food, everything - just excellent. The hotel is a private villa remaked to accept guests. Everything is of a very hight quality. I feeled myself like a millionaire :)

Stayed at The Bedelle for 5 days. Quiet, cozy, clean and absolutely wonderful. It really does look like the pictures!! The staff were friendly, courteous and met all our expectations including some very odd dietary requirements. The food is fabulous, everyone knew us by name - which made it that much more special. A excellent gem in lush Runda.

Looking forward to going back in October.
