“Out of Africa”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2013

Thinking that robert Redford and Meryl Streep had been there made the experience interesting.
Actually we were more pleased by the local wedding going on outside on the front lawn. The music band wanted to make you dance with the guests.

“Wonderful historical perspective of Kenya”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2013

This museum is well done and very easy to navigate but spring for a guided tour. You will get so much more out of your visit to the museum and have benefit of the insight of an amazingly knowledgable personal guide who you rip at the end of the tour.

“Brilliant!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2013

You can feel the age in this place but it doesn't mean it's not an amazing way to spend the afternoon. Information is abundant and there is such a great variety of prehistoric human and modern Kenyan history. It's also an amazing oppurtunity to get up close and personal with some of the rarer animals of Africa like the aardvark or caracal in the Great Hall of Mammals.

One can see the Turkana boy. Otherwise, nothing worth noting. They can do much better considering Kenya's richeness
