“Some great info about Kenya”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2013

Nice museum with some very interesting displays, worth the time. Go to the snake park too, it's on the same property. It's fun to see the snakes in the big open area moving around the trees and bushes hunting chameleons. good time

“Nice introduction to the area”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

Something may have been lost in translation but the info didn't always make sense- a bit of jumping around chronologically. But still worth a visit to learn about local fauna and an interesting collection on early prehuman fossils

“The most visited attraction in Kenya.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

This is a beautiful piece of history especially after the renovation. It reminded me about science and the homo sapiens. I love the galleries and the birds...So educational. I would recommend it to any type of student.

“Cradle of mankind”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2013

Good section on evolution and progressive development of human beings. Rest was mainly stuffed animals and birds (see them live in the Nairobi game park). But worth a visit for the evolution section

“Good presentation”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2013

this museum, unlike many others in African countries actually works..its clean, the displays are not in disarray and you can actually follow a flow of the development of Kenya...the early bones of far distant human ancestors is particularly interesting...hope they can keep up the maintenance to ensure this place keeps going for many future visitors.
