“IN THE CITY”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2013

Where else in the world, can you go to a national park that is in the city...complete with lions, rhinos and many other animals. This is a wonder for the local residents and visitors alike. IF you take the park tour...make sure you go on the jeep and not the bus...the bus is crowded and dusty and you cannot see out the windows...but the jeep is open air and only seats 8 people....DO NOT MISS THIS PARK....

“No animals to see”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2013

No animals to see. Drove for hours in the park and all we could see were a few giraffes. I think Lake Nakuru National park is far much better. However, if you are in Nairobi, you might as well just go to the animalorphanage next door where you can view seveal animals instead of driving for hours in the park to only view shrubs andnothing else or if you are lucky an occasional lion

“So close and so enjoyable!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

My husband & I enjoyed our trip here very much. The distance to the center of the city was a definite plus as it's doable in a short amount of time, although you'll want to spend as much as possible to see the vast park. From small to large, we saw most all the animals. Even though it may ruin it for some, the Nairobi skyline in the background was an added interest in our photos.

“Worth it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

Definitely worth it. It`s nice feeding the giraffes and being so close and touching them. They`re so tall!! Do this with the David Sheldrick Elephant orphanage to complete your afternoon in Nairobi!
