“My favorite hotel in East Africa!”

I love the Fairview! Their breakfast buffet is second to none. The rooms are clean, bright, and cheery. I appreciate the friendly staff, workout room, and beautiful environment. I highly recommend it!

Fairview is a lovely place to share a meal with your family, friends and even that special one. It has four different types of restaurant where you get to choose according to the type of meal you would love to enjoy. The rooms and apartments are wonderful as well. This is a place you would love to visit if you are in Nairobi for a couple of weeks. Also for that dining experience. They have beautiful gardens, lovely pool area, relaxing entertainment i.e jazz band, piano live music.

Secure, silent, secure, comfortable, clean, best service, good food. I was there for 10 days business trip. Very nice atmosphere, greenery everywhere. Spacious rooms, all facility dining hall. Few basic things but very useful. I can say best place to stay.

Room Tip: go for suites they are the best

We had training at the venue. The food is well prepared and I must say Fairview hotel has the best chef in town. The place is very secure as there is 24hr police check along the way. There is sufficient car park.

What is fascinating about the hotel is the wooden and brick finishing and the natural green environment.

We stayed here May 2010 for 2 nights prior to our safari starting. Hubby upgraded our room to the first class 2 person room as a surprise too! The amenities were wonderful, the property beautiful and pristine, and the staff couldn't be more helpful or pleasant. Multiple on sight restaurants to choose from as well, no need to leave the hotel to find good dining. We are going to be staying here again this fall so that I can visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust prior to flying to Kigali for our mountain gorilla safari. Knowing what I have to look forward to this time as only helped to increase the anticipation of this journey. Can't wait to go back!

Clean, comfortable, great service. Food was good but menu was a bit limited despite having several restaurants.
I was here for a business meeting and the conference facilities were great - we were in the executive boardroom. Lots of nice loose leaf teas to choose from.

Lovely place to stay but my only other comment would be that you do feel very isolated from the real world.

The best. I have been coming here for very many years and it only gets better. Very comfortable room, excellent food, beautiful surroundings. I am usually quite critical, but here I keep looking for something to criticize, but I can't find anything. Also, the area is very safe, unlike much of Nairobi.
I thoroughly recommend the Fairview. The only problem could be that it gets very booked up.
