We were in town for a conference and stayed at this guesthouse. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were also the ONLY guests here the whole time (and it seems there weren't any recently either). So, there was quite a delay before anyone opens the gate every time. Also, the door nearest the room was often kept locked which made it somewhat difficult to enter and exit the building. On Sunday morning they had a church group here, so we were required to have our breakfast very early in the morning and because the exit door near the room was locked, we actually had to disturb the church service in the main room and squeeze through. Definitely a bit awkward.
The beds in the room were fairly comfortable (though not the best) and also a desk with TV and plenty of closet space. The bathroom wasn't connected to the guestroom, which was OK since we were the only guests there. However, it was in slightly worn condition and really probably should be fixed up a bit. Soap and towels are provided but not shampoo. There was no baby bed, but we brought our own. There was a main room with a big flat-screen TV and quite a few satellite channels, some couches, board games, books, and a decent place to relax.
Depending on who's available to cook food, it can either be quite good or quite bland, but adequate.
Overall, it's not the place I'd choose given the price, but it's a fair place to stay.
