“Brunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2013

I have to tell that I only visit it once, and was just any given Sunday with friends who love this place.

We came to enjoy the brunch (breakfast+lunch due to my bad English I didn't know) and it is a nice way to wake up and start the Sunday. Everything it was delicious and appetising, I recommend to try it at least once..

Now I am just thinking about to go one day for it's famous beers (maybe on the happy hours)

“Construct your own Burgers on Tuesday”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

Decided to try out their Construct your own burger offer on Tuesday's and was not dissapointed. For Ksh 1000 you get a choice of either 500grams of spiced ground lamb, chicken breast, minced beef or a corn burger for the vegetarian palate with an accompanying side dish of choice.
On a check list you get to tick off what toppings you would like from a variety of cheeses and sauces- loved the mango relish and home made chilli- gave the right kick to an awesome burger!
Washed down with a Kifabock it went down very well.

“One of my preferred beer hang-outs in NBI”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2013

Have visited the Brew frequently over the past years, both as NBI resident and as visitor. Yesterday evening, I was back in Nairobi and met with friends at the Brew for drinks. Make sure you make a reservation, or come early, if you want a seat especially on Thursday and Friday. With live music playing, it will be noisy but it has a good vibe and the (covered) terrace enables you to enjoy the great NBI climate in an 'indoor' environment. Especially nice with sunsets. We ordered fingerfood to share. Overall the food was nice. Lamb Kofta, Mini Burgers (very good as always), Calamari (not the best ever) amongst others. The peaunut sauce was not as tasteful as it used to be (change of Chef?). We enjoyed the happy hours and the locally brewed beers. Parking next and under the building and located near Junction/Yaya. You will not regret coming here.

“Good beers in Nairobi”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2013

The beer is what makes this place a good stop for a cold pint. They dont always have all the varieties of beers available (I visited there on 3 occasions) If they have all the beers in stock a great way to get the best value is to order the beer sampler. The food is typical pub grub with specials running all the time. The band is rather good, but the sound is a bit owerwhelming, If you are looking for a place to hang out and dont mind the sound you're ok :) overall a good night out.
