Boulevard attracts most of its guests from overland tours due to large parking facilities but frankly they overcharge and have awful food. Nairobi seems to lacking decent cheap accommodation but boulevard is still poor value. We found the room comfortable but tired and passé, and the restraint was a farce: we ordered dinner and after 20 mins the waiter returned to advise us most of the food was not available so after much negation we opted for what was left: pizza and a curry.
My gut is they have become lazy with the captive tour business.../
