We stayed at the Ole Sereni for 1 night as we waited for our trip to the Mara. The hotel is very nice, very clean and neat though a bit small when it comes to the rooms which you wont mind anyway since you should'nt spend much time in your room while in Kenya.
The hotel houses 3 restaurants, which all have the same great view of the park and its a treat to be having your meal whilst hoping to catch a glimpse of a wild animal. The only thing that slightly put me off was the large amount of business people at the hotel.... since the last thing I want to see while on vacation is a bunch of corporate guys in their suits.
Be sure to get a room that faces the park not the road as we did. And if you have time its worth visiting the park.
