“don't miss it”

you will be sad. the time spent with the orphaned elephants is amazing. Worth every moment. And the best thing is, if you want, you can adopt a little one!

“A Nairobi Must!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

This is the one stop you must make in Nairobi. It's a great chance to do good and have have a good time. Timing is critical here. Don't be late. The baby animals are worth the effort.

It's easy to combine this with the giraffe center which is nearby.

“Amazing Experience....Loved it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2012

Loved watching the playful orphan elephants. I adopted a baby elephant and recieve emails on its progress. It's great to know our small donations are doing something so great. A must visit when in Nairobi this is a not to be missed stop.

“A great place that does excellent work”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2012

The David Sheldrick trust rescues orphaned elephants and nurtures them for a few years before releasing them into Captivity.

One can see the close interaction between these orphaned elephants and their wards. Elephants as little as a few months old can be seen.

The feeding time is usually at 10 / 11 AM. Please check the time and arrive there at least 15 minutes early.
