Beautiful hotel but lacking in service. Breakfast is a 'battle' having to ask for basic things such as salt and pepper, sweeteners, etc. Used crockery is not removed and dishes pile up on your table while you complete your courses. Arranged shuttle service failed to collect me leaving me stranded! Aircon in room faulty for two nights - stopped working in the middle of the night. Apologies and friendly smiles are forthcoming but this doesn't aleviate the lack of service experienced. This is a very expensive hotel and one would expect customer satisfaction and focus is their prime concern. A real pity! Back to the Sarova Stanley for me on my next business visit!
