The hotel is on a Main Street opposite a round about if you are a people person then it is very interesting at any time of day , the bedrooms are large clean and comfortable . The pool area is lovely as we went in low season plenty of beds give the pool man a few quid and you will always have a bed waiting for you , the pool was one of the warmest I have ever used a constant 74 degrees
The pool bar menu has all items priced but as you are Al these are all available how ever no one makes you aware of this we found out at our welcome meeting , the food in the restaurant is as you would expect so we used the bar at lunch time as our main meal and the restaurant to top up .
We have been to Egypt quite a few times but this time we did not venture out on our own , we took a couple of tours there were a lot of young men hanging around outside the hotel waiting to pounce on any one who ventured out having said this it has not put us off returning but we will avoid the cities

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. It is situated on the Nile and central to the town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable. One thing I did miss was a kettle, but the room did have a fridge. The food was typical Egypt hotel food in the main dinning room which had a different theme each evening. The cafe by the swimming pool did good snack foods during the day. It was lovely to sit in the gardens and watch the activity on the Nile. We had a corner room where you could see part Nile and part street. It was fascinating to sit on our balcony and watch life in Luxor. The fountain was a nice feature.We met some lovely people and had some interesting conversations. Little eve entertainment but that didn't bother us,
I would visit this hotel again.

On arrival we where made to feel special. after drinks. we where shown are room but was too noisy from traffic so we changed room to overlook hotel with no problems at all. food was awesome especially dinner which is themed every night. we where all inclusive so tgat was a bonus. waiting staff we brilliant always attentive.spwciak thanks goes to mahamod a young lad who akways made me and my partner laugh by getting us more desserts. Lunch time at the pool bar food was excellent a more relaxed menu. The views from the hotel across the nile are amazing and the sunset is a must. The beautiful gardens are well maintained aswell as all the hotel as its very clean ans spotless. Our rooms where cleaned every day and all the staff where very polite and always smiled. I would have no hesitation in coming again and havw reccomended to friends already. This hotel is a hidden gem compared to the sonesta and winter palace etc. Even the manager comes out too speak with all the guests. many thanks iberotel luxor for making our stay in egypt magical we will be back next year. keep up the good work staff and manager. Also ignore all the negative comments take the plunge you wont regret it :).

The hotel is deceptive from the front but once in the gardens that run down to the floating pool and views of nile whow great.
Food was good but did get repeated, found all the staff very friendly and they did not pester you.

Only negative was lacking in much evening entertainment about from piano player.

One thing for trips book with Ali in handbag shop and ask for lady guide she is excellent think her name is nahwila. Went twice with her to West bank.
