This was very inexpensive hotel. The owner and the others working there were very nice, helpful and sincere. We had a double with private bathroom, there were three beds and a balcony, the room was clean enough, the balcony was not extremely interesting but nice anyway. We were only there for one night and didn't do much more than see the pyramids which we managed on our own. If I do come back I would feel comfortable asking the owner and employees here to help me arrange excursions which they are happy to do (I'm sure they get a commission). I would also recommend contacting them before arrival to help with organizing.
The hotel is also in a very old dilapidated building, I think the floor with the hotel is the only one occupied. Remember that this is a very cheap accommodation in Egypt so consider that in your expectations, if you want a American/European caliber, the Hilton is also near by.
