Description: Sabaya may be rooted in Lebanese tradition, but Chef Nasser Makhoul is willing to branch out with contemporary flair. Mezzas are the magic of the menu, with hot and cold options including Kebbe Nayye, Stuffed Vine Leaves, Hommow Bil Awarma, Makanik and Cheese Manaqish. “good location, great food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2009

Sabaya is a Lebanese restaurant in the Semiramis hotel. The decor is very nice, the food is good, and the service is excellent. However, you will pay more here than you will at a restaurant outside of a fancy hotel. I liked Taboula more, but found Sabaya to be adequate. We ended up there on an evening where we couldn't get a table at Taboula.
