Having been buried under a deluge of kimchi with every meal in Korea, it's nice to learn a bit more about it. It's only 3000 won, and you can whizz around in less than an hour, but I definitely learned something from it.
This little museum in the big COEX mall (by the World Trade Centre) explains the origins of kimchi, reveals the array of different types, explains the health benefits and, best of all, has a tasting room where you can try half a dozen or so different types of kimchi.
Lots of photo opportunities too, and you can marvel at dishes such as "cod gill kimchi" and "kimchi with fish bowels".
