“Renovation ongoing but good service makes up for it”

The Executive Floor is a great escape & quiet respite from the Coffee Shop & Lobby restaurants - where one can enjoy & quiet breakfast or glasses of wine at night for winding down full-programmed days during our visit.
the staff are courteous, helpful, & kind. Shuttle service from Incheon airport is convenient as it stops right on this hotel. Overall a pleasant stay!

The hotel is undergoing renovation work, but to be fair this was explained and for me at least no inconvenience, all work conducted between 8am and 6pm. I guess if you're a tourist, this maybe more an issue.

It's the 1st time I've stayed at this hotel and I must say the staff were happy and excellent, not always the case in Seoul. I'd wholly recommend the executive floors and take advantage of the services provided, again the staff here could not have been more helpful. I will definitely use this hotel as standard in future, also very good value.

Room Tip: Choose the executive floors.

The hotel is in Gangnam area, near subway and directly acessible from Incheon airport by KAL bus. The service is fine and the room amenities are good (though the room is small. But I would advise avoiding it for now because it is currently under renovation. The windows are blocked by scaffolding. No gym or other facilities until end of the year. The noise from renovation was so obvious all around the hotel!

we arrived the seoul inchon airport in the late night and miss the last metro, but helpfully we got to the hotel by shuttle bus. if you want to get to the hotel or go to the airport from the hotel, taking shuttle bus is a nice way. if you want to go to the downtown, taking the metro is a nice way. if you have any questions, you can easily get the answer from the stuff. they are really warm-hearted

The hotel's USP was great service, minimalistic decor and quiet small rooms. The hotel seemed more like a business hotel and there is a airport limousine bus service that drops you on the doorstep but be careful the departure by the same bus service takes longer to Incheon. I was checked in on the higher executive floors and had a quiet room facing the back, asked for the bed to be against the wall as it was sideways and they did it quickly. The room is very well appointed and designed. Only 10 mins away from Shinsagae on one side and the trendy Seorae village, the hotel is in the Gangam district and away from old Seoul. Overall a good experience.

Room Tip: Higher floors for better views

Good quality and reasonably priced business hotel near Gangnam and very convenient to the Express Bus Station metro. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the first floor restaurant is quite good. Be careful if visiting the Chinese restaurant, though - it is fine dining and obscenely expensive.

They've got about half a dozen English language TV channels including BBC entertainment, so I watched a lot of British detective shows! For whatever reason, I got Executive Floor privileges (despite not staying on that floor) which was a nice treat - it included in-room wifi and a solid buffet breakfast.

They warned me of some construction noise during renovations but I didn't hear much. Only downside was a lack of a/c - seems like the whole hotel is on either a/c or heat, and as the weather was unpredictable they had it set to heat. Opening the window brought in the fish smells from the restaurant next door. Also, the shower has that weird half-door that is so trendy in hotels these days which results in water all over the bathroom floor. Other than that, however, my stay was very good and the location quite convenient. Would stay there again for sure.

this hotel is quite far from the city center. so you definitely miss the city test. But within five walking distance there is metro subway station.
Buffet breakfast is better than lunch or dinner for Indian test lover.
Good accommodation. wifi available every floor but you have to pay.
