I booked this hotel during my recent trip to Seoul last Apr 26-29, 2013. I looked at several options first before arriving at this option. This hotel is classified as 2 star hotel. It has got basic rooms, an Italian restaurant, a cafe and a gift shop selling Swazi candles from Africa. The room that I got was a standard twin. The room was not brand new ( as the hotel has been in existence since 1959 ) but it was well maintained. Toiletries though were so so because it didn't come with a toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton buds and disposable shaver. The temperature in the room was regulated by a heating system. As for me, I preferred colder rooms hence I had to open the window to let the spring air come in. The staff at the reception were accomodating. I just wished they could speak better English as sometimes they have difficulty expressing themselves. The Italian restaurant looked promising although I didn't have the chance to try it as my craving was Korean food. The free shuttle service to the airport bus stop is good service. Overall experience is very good. I felt safe too as the hotel is beside a police station.
