“Nice hotel, good, efficient.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2012

Nice hotel in Gangnam Ku in Seoul. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Staff is courteous. I wouldn't say they go all the way for you, but it is good. Breakfast could be better.

All in all, the hotel is a good hotel, I can recommend it, but I don't think it is to be the highlight of your trip. It is efficient, but actually a bit boring. Perhaps I am too spoiled.

This hotel was my starting point for many destinations within Seuol, I could hear the car'e voices in my room but the location is about 1 km away from the coex shopping center where you can find whatever you need and cenimas. But it’s little far from Itaewon Street the only place for night for foreigners. The hotel offer good breakfast, the staff was very nice

Room Tip: higher floors are calm, stay the opposite side of the street

I was staying near the Coex Business area and this hotel was great. Rooms were nice, breakfast was good (but not included unless you prepay), as well as the other restaurants. They are of course expensive though.

The gym in the basement is actually a spa people use locally. Its nice and they have 10+ treadmills and plenty of weights. This is for free.

Also, a pool and spa for a price.

Location is good for businessmen, but not knowing my way around it was difficult to find places to eat dinner.

A well centrally Seoul, Korea located business hotel, with excellent underground swimming pool and Finess Facilities.

I stayed in a Suite ( 1526 ), very roomy with jacuzzi and very comfortable indeed.

I do not know what the basic rooms look like.

Service on the whole is efficient and to the point ( no frills ).

Surprise, surprise...computer usage ( 24 hours ) is free of charge!

Riviera is centrally located and close to business and shopping district. Hotel is bit boring. Breakfast is moderate. Rooms are big. The bed however is very stiff and makes sleeping difficult and painful. Staff is helpfull.

Access from the Incheon airport and return to airport is easy with direct airport bus 6010 which stops right in front of the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and able to speak English. Right behind the hotel (exit from level 3) is a 24hr convenience store and near the hotel, you can find many eateries (some operate 24hrs) selling korean food @ affordable prices and cafes. The hotel is also near COEX mall (which is connected to Samseong Station Line 2). You can either take a public bus or cab (cab cost about 2,400 won) to COEX mall or take the free hotel shuttle bus. Check out the hotel website for more info on their shuttle bus service. Will stay here again on my next stay!
