“Our home away from home”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 23, 2011

This was such a beautiful hotel for us. The staff at the Concierge helped us planned our tours, daily itinerary and prepared taxi direction cards for all of our destinations. We had a Premier Suite Double which was absolutely elegant, peaceful and had all the small touches that I love, i.e. walk-in-wardrobe, electric curtains, Nespresso machine, flat screen TV, DVD and the list goes on... More importantly, the staff... I loved the staff... :) There is also a subway station just to the right of the front entry and the airport bus goes directly to the hotel as well. The rooms are tastefully furnished and had great use of space.

Room Tip: Go at least for the Premier Suite.

A very stylish hotel that does not let any desires open. Free WIFI, nice room with the bed in the middle of the room - strange at the beginning but all in all a good feeling :-). The only problem was the over-technologized control panel on which I did not manage to switch off the lights in the evening (lucky plug pulling out of the platform helps :-)).

hotel stay was excellent. staff were all very friendly and very helpful. spoke English fairly well. Concierge went out of their way to find things to see and do during my trip. exceptional.

the only downside to the hotel, is the location. the problem is that they're next to city hall, and there are plenty of rallies/protests, so things get quite noisy and congested in the area.

to and from the hotel from Incheon airport couldn't be easier too!! there is a shuttle bus (about $10-$15 USD per person per direction) from Incheon airport that takes you right to all the major hotels in the city. from the hotel, the airport shuttle also departs every 15-20 minutes. i wish every major hotel in every major city made getting to and from the airport this easy! SO convenient, especially in a city where you don't speak the native language.

Spent 6 nights in this hotel with hubby for our honeymoon. He absolutely love the room. The room is small but modern, comfortable, clean and high tech. Request for high floor was granted. Out of the 6 nights, 3 nights were noisy at the city center with one night that continued to about 2am. Also, I noticed that the bedsheet and duvet cover were not changed at all despite the make up sign EVERYDAY.
Pros:
1. high tech
2. luxury toiletries
3. directly above city hall train station
4. on rainy days, the basement can link to lotte department store and myeondong
5. friendly concierge service
6. quick check-in and check-out
7. fast wii-fi
8. great location, convenient
Cons:
1. room service is lacking
2. noisy (if you get room facing the city center)
3. received a notice about 1 year anniversary celebration party at the lounge, but wasn't invited??
4. on cold days, the air con would stop working (According to the concierge) so the room can be a bit stuffy

Room Tip: room facing city center can be noisy

Elegant hotel dowtown. Rooms are a little small, but very cozy, clean and ultratech. Service is efficient. Business floor has many facilities including free breakfast and cocktails.
Tuscany restaurant serves excellent italian food. Direct bus service to/from airport. Walking distance from city center and shopping areas

The hotel has been refurbished in the past year or so - the rooms have a unsusal design of the bed being in the centre! Very confortable and clean. Bathrooms also excellent - clean and modern with lovely toiletaries. The breakfast is the usual buffet style of all sorts and a good quality.
It is easily accessed from the airport on one of the limosine buses that run and very easy. The only negative I would say is the price is quite high and it has gone up 30% since the renovations!!!

Room Tip: High floor and to left of building

I normally stay at the Grand Hyatt in Seoul but this hotel is a viable alternative, especially if you feel the need to stay in the CBD. My stay only lasted 3 nights and the only complaint I have is that one evening there was a loud celebration in the square opposite the hotel, apparently a new mayor had been elected that evening. The rooms are a bit like Kylie, small but perfectly formed. Check in is efficient and undertaken in the executive lounge. All in all a good business hotel.
