This hotel could be classified as a typical transit hotel, but is just about brand new, very well appointed and very comfortable. It is in an ideal location if you happen to have to transfer between Gimpo and Incheon Airports and don't want to have the hassle of going all the way into Seoul city. It is also well set up as a business hotel and a good spot if you have business meetings in the vicinity.
The hotel is located within easy walking distance (pulling baggage too) of the Gimpo International terminal and if you need to travel through Gimpo Domestic, shuttle busses run between the terminal every 5 minutes. There are buses to Incheon and a taxi ride costs a fixed amount of WON 55,000.
There is only one restaurant in the hotel and no bar. The restaurant seems to offer buffet meals only, which appear to be very popular with the locals. However, the hotel is part of a modern Lotte Mall, so there are many restaurants including American chains to choose from. However, the mall is only open from 10.30am to 10pm, so you really only have one choice for breakfast. I have a taste for good coffee and was not disappoined with the choice in the Lotte Mall.
The hotel rooms are very well appointed and offer everything a traveller needs. Free WI FI is included. I always feel quite safe in Korean hotels, and this hotel is no exception with all sorts of safety devices (such as descent devices) available in the room. Do not worry about being located right next to an airport as I generally never heard the aircraft taking off or landing.
The staff are quite proficient in english and very helpful. Overall, I had a short but delightful stay.
