A lake in the middle of the city surrounded by extensive greenery, massive trees and accessible wia a pier which goes around the whole lake. This is a great place for jogging, relaxing and food ( there are some nice but expensive restaurants around ). They charge always entrance fees for entering the area and on every corner of the lake you have to pay again ( only for foreigners ), as far as I remember I spent around 5 US to get around the lake but it is definitely worth it. Be carefull if walking, the pier is old and even if they marked rotten planks with white crosses they never changed them.
