We headed over to Erakor for their Island Night VT3950/person. Food included a Melanesian feast of steak , chicken wings, whole snapper, stew & a variety of vegetable dishes from eggplant to sweet red peppers to kumala to a stewed green leaf in coconut dish that reminded me of taro leaves I've had in other Pacific destinations. All food was tasty & well prepared against a backdrop of lapping waves, kava ceremonies, singing, dancing & arguably the best fire dancing show I've ever seen! Drinks weren't extortionate though cocktails took a while so we ended up ordering an ice bucket full of Coronas. Best moment: watching half the group jump on their chairs when a tiny sea black & white snake wriggled from the water. Would happily recommend!
