Combined the trip to Hideaway with our Zipline adventure and Mele Cascades. Had a ball at the other 2 places, wish we hadn't bothered with Hideaway. Don't know if it was because the cruise ships had been in but the staff were rude and disinterested. Had to pay 1000 vatu each to get on the island and then more for the snorkelling gear, and there was nothing else to do but snorkel. having snorkelled round Iririki and a coral reef in Mele Bay, there wasn't much more to see. The island seemed to be scruffy and half of it was bordered by crumbling concrete. Limited menu but the burger was tasty. We were staying at the Iririki and wish we'd just gone back after the falls.
