For triditional dishes in a smart casual setting, this seems to be the place to be in Bogota.
We went there last night and most of the guests there seems to be American business man.
The sancocho (thicker soup with meat, corn and potatoes) was good, but I preferred the Caldo de costilla (clear rib soup). They were two types of tomale from different regions, we had the Bogotano with rice, potatoe and pork and it was exellent. I also recommend the chunchuria (fried chitterings) which goes really well with beer. Unfortunately they ran out of mondongo and lengua last night.
