“What a pizza !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2013

I was strolling around Usaquen and looking for a simple coffee with a friend. Went into Cafe Amarti and quickly ushered to Il Giardino in the back and had perhaps the best pizza ever!! Crusty crust with a touch of sour dough sparkle and tangy tomato sauce with a full cheese on top. Quite a surprise but very welcomed. Add a crisp beer and it was pizza heaven. Staff was very warm and friendly and offered us a large house bread to sample before we left. If the food is at this level, this place is a must try for dinner as well.

“Good Place for Eat and Talk”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2013

Amarti is a very nice place where enjoy a good italian food and talk with your table mates. Very complete menu with several italian options. At the end, don't miss aromatica de frutas secas (dried fruits infusion). If you can, choose table at the back side if the place, in a very spacious room. If you're alone, you can watch the movie in a big screen.

“Cozy atmosphere, very consistent italian food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013

This place is right by Usaquen's main square and as such gets many walk-ins who are attracted by its large antique wooden doors. Well, it's much more than that. Have been here on several occasions and the food is not orgasmic, but definitely very authentically italian and very consistent. Service is adequate but again, nothing to write home about. It is connected with Il Giardinno, which has more or less the same food, but a completely different atmosphere: more light, higher ceilings and beautiful vertical gardens.

“Consistently one of the best Restaurants in Bogota”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

Amarti offers high quality food in a setting that offers several ambiances: a terrace overlooking Usaquen Square and its church, and several inside settings, my favorite being the light-filled room in the back with a huge wall covered with plants.

Service is attentive and professional but not intruding and the food is fantastic.

Quite simply you can't go wrong here.

“Over rated and over priced”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013

Not sure where you got price ranges from but expect to pay between 50- 100.00 USD or 100,000 to 150, 000 pesos for an average meal at this place. Much better places to eat and for a lot less in Usaquen and surrounding areas. The place gets overwhelmed during lunch, very slow service so don't go there with less than 1-2 hours to burn. In my opinion quality of food was poor to a age and the place needs a good once over cleaning and facelift very dirty.
