Stayed at Lancaster House on my first visit to Bogota. Found the staff to be very accommodating, nicely sized rooms, and a good location - only a short cab ride away from many of the districts that myself (and likely most tourists) was interested in. Plus,. the complimentary breakfast had a wide selection that exceeded my expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend Lancaster to anyone heading down to Bogota.

I stayed at Lancaster House on several visits to Bogota and was always impressed with the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff and the comfortable and complete apartment-style suites that keep me very happy during my extended stays. Add to the equation the central location and excellent food and Lancaster House is definitely a winner.

For the third time we stayed in Lancaster house and the suites are still comfortable with a lot of space. When travelling with more than one child please contact the hotel directly to make reservations.It is very easy to travel around from the hotel. Yes traffic is hectic but the taxi drivers are used to it. The restaurant in the hotel is perfect with very friendly staff. Our son has to be in the hospital a lot but when he was back in the hotel he was totally happy again especially when he found a friend of the same age who was just adopted. The staff was so great for the kids although they were very active!

When you want to try some other restaurants you can take a 10 minutes walk for some other restaurants or take a taxi to Parque 93.

We did have a small issue this time upon checking out but it was solved in a good way and we are looking forward to another stay!

We stay at the Lancaster Hotel for 23 day for an adoption; all the staff has been very very kindly with us and our son; the suites are very comfortable and wide. The meals were always well cooked and abundant and the international breakfast very rich.
The position is very strategic and in a beautiful residential area.
We have found "a second family".
