I really loves the hotel, nice service, good location, perfect breakfast. I just spent one night before flying to the coast. Very recomendable. Hope to stay again. For a city stay probabely a little far from the center, But for a stopover really good!

I have stayed at many hotels throughout Europe, the U.S and South America and have to say that this hotel surpasses many of them in terms of the services they provided to me as a guest.

They went beyond my expectations on several occasions. For example, not only did they arrange for their shuttle to drive me to the airport at some ungodly hour (think 4:00 am), but they had coffee bought up to my room while I was getting ready (and yes... I did needed the coffee badly). For a hotel in this price range, this was exceeding my expectations and I have to give credit to the staff and the management for really making this hotel exceptional. I have stayed at several hotels near Bogota's airport and would, without a doubt, stay here the next time I need a place near El Dorado.

We arrived around 9 pm and checked in to the hotel - as usual in Colombia it takes 10 minutes to do this as they have all kinds of paperwork even though the room was paid for in advance. Also, they want to automatically charge you for "insurance" in Colombia in case you need to go the hospital while staying there - we always "opt out" and need to sign a form (and save a couple of bucks). The hotel was in a great location - 10 minutes to the airport. The hotel was clean and well designed. Very secure.. The room was very comfortable - but a little on the small side as we were at the end of a hall. We had heat and AC (it gets cold in Bogota). The price was 90 dollars and breakfast for 2 (typical Colombian breakfast in Bogota) was included (as was free wifi). Personally I like the Marriott better - but the price is twice as much..

Room Tip: I have no idea of they had a pool or spa

This hotel is only about 5 minutes away from the airport and provides a free shuttle to the airport.
If you stay in Bogotà just a couples of nights, this hotel is good for you; if you stay longer: I don't recommend it! The hotel is around 30min away from "zona rosa" but the most disturbing thing is: in the morning you will be awakened by the road traffic or/and the airplane traffic.
There is also an excellent morning breakfas buffet but the breakfast-room is small for such a big hotel and there is a little bit chaos in the morning.

I was taken to this hotel by my airline when my flight back was overbooked, so I couldn´t say too much about the price. Looking on the internet I found prices that were absolutely fine for what you get.

I was given a nice room that looked like that of any other hotel catering for business travellers, complete with flatscreen cable TV, kingsize bed, desk, ridiculously over-priced mini bar, luxurious and stylish bathroom and wifi, of course.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was fine. The location in Ciudad Salitre is convenient for the airport (shuttle service free of charge) and the bus terminal, but not so much for central Bogotá. A taxi takes between 15 and 60 minutes (depending on the time of day). There is a Transmilenio stop less than 10 minutes from the hotel. This would be the perfect hotel for in-between flights.

This is a review on a past due experience from 2012.

It was just one night but I guess long enough to realize this is just an average hotel for one night.
Truly, there is room for improvement which I hope after one year this is the case.
First, room service needs serious improvement as upon checking in my room was dusty, not a good first impression.

Second, restaurant services are somehow limited as menu choices are just few selections and nothing attractive in terms of additional meal options.

Third, I'm aware that security is a plus specially in city like Bogota but please it becomes annoying-for lack of a better word, when there is an over whelming questioning about your business in the hotel. I was requested for my room number several times even in the middle of a meeting with coworkers and clients.

But not all is negative, the good points come along when there is shuttle bus with a team willing to assist.

Also, the crew at the business center are really customer service focused and able to provide assistance upon requested.

Cheers and good travelling.

I stayed here for the first time in Mid July. Located near the airport (8 minutes and they have a shuttle), and $5.00 cab ride to the Coferias Fair Grounds. Good value compared to hotels nearby (about 1/2 the cost). Well trained staff, excellent morning breakfast, nice rooms and within walking distance to a few nice restaurants. The area it is located in has and is developing nicely. Just wish their were a few more restaurant options.
