We had two reservations for the same week, as we were arrived in Bogota, traveled to other cities and came back to Bogota. The first reservation was fufilled as reserved but, upon returning in the middle of the week, we were informed that they were not finding our reservations and there was no room available. They also had problems in charging a chip-type credit card. The hotel location, as well as the rooms were very good, but the SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. They finally found another place for us to stay but with a much lower quality. THE MANAGER COULD NOT BE FOUND AND DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO TALK TO US TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM. It was a complete lack of respect and I do not recommend anyone to go there as might have to run at the middle of the night for another hotel.

Porton Bogota Hotel, regrets inconvenience in your last stay, following your case we recognize that there were shortcomings technical and human in our approach, as a matter of fact already taken corrective actions to prevent future repetition.
The Hotel in its commitment to continuous improvement evaluates each
dissatisfaction and correct operating procedures order to guarantee an optimal level of quality, also our General Manager assumed responsibility in a letter sent to your General Manager, giving to as a compensation a few nights of stays, which were accepted and used by the company.
