This is a real value. Price wise, it's hard to get anything better in Bogota. Not close to entertainment areas, but taxis are relatively inexpensive.
Rooms are small, but comfortable for 1 person.
Across the street you have the Museum, worth visiting. Try not to go on Sundays to avoid long lines.
Big setbacks is that 1) they don't have room service at all and 2) having to pay for a plain coffee in an Colombian hotel...

On my way to Frankfurt from Riohacha, I happened to stay one night in Bogota Ibis Museo. The room structure and amenities are absolutely similar to that of Ibis in Medellin. The bathroom had an unusual smell which offended me. However, the hotel is located in the downtown area which makes it centrally located and so the tariff is higher. The airport is nearby unless, there is a major traffic. The front desk staff manage decent English as Bogota being the capital city has more tourist and visitor inflow. Saul at the front desk has been particularly helpful in assisting me with directions and taxis. The breakfast is good too, particularly with the timing, 6am untill 11am. Overall, it was a short but good stay. And yes, Bogota is an amazing city.

Good location; it is a budget hotel, so if you set your expectations very low, you will be okay. The rooms are freezing - make sure you ask for a room heater from the front desk. Everything is self-service here. Breakfast food is stale and unappetizing. Hopefully, you get a good deal on the hotel price which will make up for everything lacking in service and amenities.

The hotel is everything that I was expecting as an Ibis standard hotels. There was many variety of breads and fruits in the breakfast and they were really good. Also, the employees were cordials and treat us with respect.
I would definitely stay again at this hotel If I go to Bogotá. The other good thing from this Hotel is the localization, nearby down town of Bogotá and just across the street there is the Museum and nearby too bus station.
