rude management and poor problem solving skills does not win good reviews!
my girlfriend and i were enjoying a lovely dinner and wine here when 2 other customers entered during our meal. this restaurant is 1 open space and has 3 signs clearly displaying 'no smoking' symbols. these new customers began to smoke and i inquired to the waitress why this was tolerated, to which she responded that they were important clients and the manager allowed it. we asked the manager why he had 'no smoking' signs displayed to which he replied "no, that is only during the day, at night we allow smoking". i couldn't believe it. then he told us they were important clients and we asked "well what are we then?" when i asked if they had fans (answer = no) and could we open the door for breeze/circulation, he replied "no, it is too cold". we quickly ate our meal while suffocating in smoke, and left.
