I stayed only 2 nights. One of the night, I was alone in the entire huge house. Fortunately, I am not scary about anything. It was cold in july. Not much hot water. It is an old bolivian house with old rags. But it smell clean, the sheets were clean. The room was huge. I saw the owner only once. I had breakfast there, not much things: few fruits and a little bread. Anyway, it was cheaper than the big hotels.
