“Great find!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 9, 2014

We stumbled across this cafe close to the san francisco square, they had a great selection of drinks including amazing smoothies and tasty sandwiches at very reasonable prices, the only downfall was that the staff didnt seem very happy. We would go back again for lunch

“Good place to know”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2014

Unfortunately there are no Bolivians in here however it is very clean, not too expensive for its location (excellent steak for 55BS, great chocolate and banana milkshake 11BS...). It is right by the San Francisco church and a nice spot to rest after shopping in calle Sagarnaga. The wifi is excellent here too!

“Fast wifi, great food, average coffee”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2014

Free fast wifi, delicious breakfast & cakes - what more could you want?? Actually, coffee... the espresso was a bit weak for our tastes, but otherwise, an all round winner.

“Terrible food, slow service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2014

Just stumbled upon this place after seeing it listed in a guidebook... Should have known that it was a tourist trap from thr fact it was on a very touristy street and no locals were inside. But the altitude sometimes alters your judgement.

Ordered a chicken soup which somehow was extremely dry and had way too much rosemary and herbs that killed the taste.. Also got a sandwich which was way too salty. The coffee and matte de coca were okay, but took forever to come out.. Only one guy pretty much serving everyone and it was slow.

Also the wifi kept blacking out and it was impossible to connect. Not really a food related thing, but if you are looking for a place with wifi, go somewhere else.

“Good place for breakfast”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 23, 2014

We had breakfast at 8:00 am last week upon returning from Uyuni. Six "American" breakfasts with coffee, juice, eggs and toast cost 140 bolivianos or roughly $20. I realize that by Bolivian standards, this might be expensive but by American standards, it was very good. The eggs were made to our preference. The only real criticism is that the service is very slow and everyone got their food at different times.
