An incredible location for European standards. Located within the prestigious Emirates Palace, this restaurant, from the moment of acceptance by the staff at the entrance welcomes you with all its luxury and attention. The staff is extremely professional and fully grasp that comes from hotel schools. The simple service to pour the water, holding the bottle to the bottom and hitting the glass perfectly, is a symptom of attention. The excellent English spoken by the staff, and the many efforts are focussed, they help the diner in the menu selection. I was offered to start with a chilled prosecco which I accepted, and then continue with it the whole dinner of grilled fish of the day's catch. I have to say that the fish served, though good, but unknown to me like variety, it seemed like a big mullet, I was not particularly pleased with the flavor and was quite fat. I had to help with a generous amount of olive oil, the latter very good, I think it was from Puglia, to send him down. Side dishes of roasted potatoes and zucchini gratin have completed the main course. Sweets and fruits of the season and a good grappa di Montalcino barricade with espesso have finished dinner. Obviously everything was not painless in the final bill that was high enough, but then the choice to dine on a luxurious restaurant in a hotel equally luxurious you can not think that it is cheap. Recommended for an important business dinner or to surprise your partner
